چکیده
ABSTRACT We present light-curve analyses of two newly identified detached eclipsing binaries, namely HD 96609 and 303734, in the region richly populated open cluster NGC 3532. is composed main sequence stars (B9-A0V + A2V) with masses radii M1 = 2.66 ± 0.02 M⊙, M2 1.84 0.01 R1 2.740 0.006 R⊙, R2 1.697 0.005 R⊙. The positions components on logM − logR plane suggest log(age/yr) 8.55, corresponding 350 40 Myr age, which agrees 300 100 age 3532 estimated previous studies. find distance as 460 17 pc, consistent $484^{+35}_{-30}$ pc 3532, from Gaia parallaxes. 303734 an interesting totally binary a quite shallow secondary eclipse. Using photometric properties system conjunction theoretical calibrations, we estimate that consists A6V K3V components. are second third binaries discovered after first one, GV Car.

Oscillating Blue Stragglers , γ Doradus stars and eclipsing binaries in the open cluster NGC 2506 ⋆
Context. This is the first step in a project to combine studies of eclipsing binaries and oscillating stars to probe the interior of Blue Stragglers (BS). This may imply a way to discriminate observationally between different birth mechanisms of BS stars. Aims. We study the open cluster NGC2506 which contains oscillating BS stars and detached eclipsing binaries for which accurate parameters can...
متن کاملEclipsing Binaries in Open Clusters
Detached eclipsing binaries are very useful objects for calibrating theoretical stellar models and checking their predictions. Detached eclipsing binaries in open clusters are particularly important because of the additional constraints on their age and chemical composition from their membership of the cluster. I compile a list containing absolute parameters of wellstudied eclipsing binaries in...
متن کاملO ct 2 00 4 Eclipsing Binaries in the Young LMC Cluster NGC 1850 Stuart
I present light curves for two detached eclipsing binary stars in the region of the LMC cluster NGC 1850, which is possibly a young globular cluster still in formation. One, a likely O-type star, is a newly detected eclipsing binary in the region of the very young subcluster NGC 1850A. This binary is among a small number of highly massive O-type stars in binary systems found in LMC clusters. Th...

We derive absolute dimensions of the early B-type detached eclipsing binary V453Cygni (B0.4 IV + B0.7 IV, P = 3.89d), a member of the open cluster NGC6871. From the analysis of new, high-resolution, spectroscopy and the UBV light curves of Cohen (1974) we find the masses to be 14.36 ± 0.20M⊙ and 11.11± 0.13M⊙, the radii to be 8.55 ± 0.06R⊙ and 5.49 ± 0.06R⊙, and the effective temperatures to be...
متن کاملSpectroscopic orbit of the ex - eclipsing binary SS Lac in the young open cluster NGC 7209
The no-longer-eclipsing system SS Lac in the young open cluster NGC 7209 has been recently announced to show a constant radial velocity. Puzzled by this finding, we have monitored the system during 1997 obtaining 24 Echelle+CCD spectra over 8 orbital revolutions. Our spectra reveal a nice orbital motion with periodic splitting and merging of spectral lines from both components. An accurate orbi...
